A new creative programme for female freelancers from Liverpool City Region within arts, including, TV, Film, Content creators, Make Up Artists, Musicians, Singers, Comedians, Poets, Designers, Digital and Fine art join together for a 12 month programme forming a cohort.
11.4 % of creative industry jobs are filled with Black and ethnic minority individuals, 8 % from working class background and Women considerably less. ARTLLM is more than a programme, event or cohort, it is a reflection of scouse tenacity of standing proud and championing for underrepresentation talent who face many barriers and obstacles.
Launched in September 2024, The programme is designed to empower, encourage, enhance skills, expand networks, career advancement and sustain artistic practice.
The journey is progressive, filled with master classes, seminars, peer to peer support, presentation, mentoring and exhibition.
